"Roland is very professional, hard-working, and honest. We suddenly had to sell our house because of a new job opportunity, and Roland understood that importance. As soon as we were ready, professional pictures were taken for advertising, and he started to have open house sessions. He was able to get a buyer (that we agreed on) very soon. Since we already left Phoenix, he arranged a person to come to our house in Nixa MO to notarize and complete the paperwork. We did not have to fly back to Phoenix for any documentation, which was very helpful.
